
iSync is a framework (plus a nifty front-end) to synchronize all sorts of devices (PDAs, phones, etc.) with your Mac and with the .Mac service.
Just like Windows ActiveSync, it is primarily geared towards syncing Address Book and calendar information, but has expanded to support other kinds of data (I mostly use it to sync Safari bookmarks across my machines).
