Yeah, I'm biased. After carrying around a DSC-U20 for a long while, I decided I needed a very small, flexible (and above all, simple to operate) camera with zoom and better resolution. Since the Z1010 has a Memory Stick Duo slot, I can simply swap cards and mail photos straight to my archive over 3G, which is a nice way of getting around the rather limited 32MB Memory Stick it ships with.
The Pentax Optio S4i feels more like a real camera, sure, but in the end I wanted zero external moving parts and brainless operation.
