After a casual visit to my Technorati Cosmos, I have to agree with Daniel Jalkut's post on Technorati.

I don't really trust any sort of site rankings, but what are things like "Man Gets 18 Months For Shooting Son's Dog" doing there?
Unless someone was so incensed by my .Mac piece to shoot their own son's dog, it just has to be an error - and even then, the linking blogs to that piece have nothing to do with my Referrers.
Just goes to show you that rolling your own stats (of any sort) will always be more reliable (again, provided you are appropriately skeptical).
