Rui CarmoPSPWare is a Mac OS X application that lets you sync iPhoto, iTunes and video content to the PSP. It can also transcode video clips to MP4 format (not sure if it's "real" H.264/AVC yet, haven't tested it) using ffmpeg, backup game save files, sync Safari bookmarks, the works:
