Useful Extensions for:

- Tamper Data, a HTTP manipulation/testing tool with page element download timelines.
- Fission, a Safari -like progress bar.
- del.icio.us extension
- Backpack pages – adds Backpack to your toolbar.
- Aardvark – interactive HTML inspection
- Scrapbook – lets you save and annotate web pages, with full text search.
- Spellbound – a spell-checker for all sorts of input.
- WikiAlong, a Wiki sidebar that allows users to annotate web pages (remember Third Voice?)
- SearchStatus – shows ego-driven pagerank info in the status bar.
- BetterSearch – enhances search engine results (via Mark’s Butler script )
- GreaseMonkey – tweak sites using client-side JavaScript
- Lickr, a Greasemonkey script that replaces the Flickr interface with a “DHTML”:Wikipedia:Dynamic_HTML one.
- BoingBoing Butler – removes a lot of the crud around the posts.
- FoxyTunes – apparently Windows -only, but a space saver nonetheless.
- ColorZilla – an eyedropper tool.
- Tweak Network Settings – an easy way to toggle the use of pipelining, tweaking maximum simultaneous connections, etc. Worth getting for its “Power” button alone (you have to see the dialog box…)

- del.icio.us Extension
- Gmail Notifier
- WML Browser – very neat, recently updated
- Tab Extensions
- Live HTTP Headers
- AdBlock – does what it says, and does it well.
- Sage Feed Reader (neat, minimal)
- Web Developer
- Pike’s Mozilla Firebird Extensions
- User Agent Switcher (for those special sites made by incompetent dimwits)
- EditCSS (a live CSS editor sidebar)
- Clear HTTP Auth
