Haiku R1/beta5 has been out for a while, and I completely lost track of it until today.
Not overly enthusiastic about the cosmetics (dark mode should really have an option to change tab color as well), but as someone who actually ran BeOS in the past I find it… original, for sure.
I remain mostly unfazed by the lack of a working ARM port (I’ve been saying this for years), and I will eventually try it on a junk laptop, but can’t really say I’d consider it as a daily driver these days.
