The nicest thing about this is not the improved CPU, but the added eMMC storage. The worst, of course, is it still having only 1GB RAM, which is something I hope they improve in the next SOC.
If these had 2GB of RAM like the SOPINE A64, I’d reboot my cluster with them, although to be fair running Mathematica and Spark on it isn’t likely to be as much fun as playing with cloud clusters…
