The Clié NZ90 is a Palm OS 5 handheld (200MHz XScale CPU, 16MB RAM) that includes a 1600x1200 camera with flash (probably the same CCD module as the DSC-U20 I have), Bluetooth and a CF slot for a 802.11b card, at around US$800.
