The 3230 is the first Series 60 for the 3000 (consumer) range:
And yes, it looks like a top-heavy T610.
Notes:
Bluetooth services as reported by Mac OS X:
SDP Server, Hands-Free Audio Gateway, OBEX File Transfer, SyncMLClient, Nokia OBEX PC Suite Services, OBEX Object Push, Dial-Up Networking
Pluses:
- Good looks, good numerical keypad, good joystick, well-balanced.
- Reasonably good camera (optics are still a bit lacking, though)
- The usual Series 60 connectivity niceties (Bluetooth, infrared, etc.)
- Fast (seemed faster than the 6630, but then I seldom install extras)
- Syncing with iSync 2.1 works fine (contact photos, multiple numbers/addresses, etc.)
Minuses:
- Upper keys are a bit too small
- The typical Series 60 lack of base RAM, and the idiotic RS-MMC format.
- Only one side button (volume during calls is adjusted using the joystick, which is not that handy)
- Still a bit too large
- Uses the new unified, grossly overbloated Nokia PC Suite
