Vim and Vigor

Had an auspicious start to the week with Damian Conway’s Mastering Vim training course, the first part of which was well-rounded and excellent learning (and revising, given that my .vimrc has been with me for a few years now and I use vim extensively, but not up to his standards for sure). Looking forward to the rest tomorrow (i.e., scripting)¹.

Family duties (and accumulated fatigue) prevented me from attending his Fun with dead languages seminar, but a good percentage of my Twitter timeline (and 100% of the compulsive tweeters on it) were there and it seemed to be quite fun.
