Lots of conference calls, meetings and whatnot. Zero free time, although I did come across this Verizon page that shows that Mobile IM can be a reality if you set your mind to it, and Melo's neat notes on IPv6 and NAT (don't miss the earlier post, which has a hilarious IETF anecdote at the top).
For those who have just dropped in, IETF is the main reason I can still take 3GPP seriously, since they take great pains to accomodate IETF standards these days while "sanitizing" them by adding lots of acronym-flavored fluff all around.
