Rui CarmoFollowing up on John Gruber's commentary, I decided to investigate if there was such a thing as a real Mac virus in the wild and left my iBook sitting on a couch with a motion-detector camera trained on it.
And yes, surely enough, I was able to snap a photo of a real, live Mac virus in action - look at the surprise on its face when I snapped a picture of it taking a bite out of my Apple:
I guess that settles the Mac virus debate once and for all, right?
