The Sailing Clicker is a little shareware program (quite similar to Bemused, but for Mac OS X) that lets you control PowerPoint, Keynote, iTunes, etc. via Bluetooth (or, using AppleScript, pretty much any application you like). Version 2.1 added support for Symbian phones as well.
