The built-in Mac OS X:“PDF”:PDF viewer, which is much faster and easier to use than Acrobat on just about anything else.

• Holding Option while selecting Tools, Rotate will rotate the current page only.
• Cropping multiple pages can be done trivially by selecting multiple thumbnails in the sidebar, defining the crop zone and hitting Cmd-K (very useful for adjusting stuff to the Sony Reader).
