Kip

Kip is a PDF manager (sort of Document Management meets iPhoto), much along the lines of Yojimbo, MyLibrary, etc.

It is obviously all spruced up with Tags, .Mac integration and suchlike nonsense, but I've yet to see any value from this besides making it more bearable to deal with Spotlight.
