Hmmm. And me trying out Digital Ocean. I’m probably going to do manual snapshots with the extra storage space. But it’s hard to pick a winner here - in my tests, Digital Ocean’s storage was markedly faster but let down by lower RAM and processing speed (especially in multi-threaded stuff), whereas Linode suffered in I/O performance.
