This seems like a very nice idea, although I would personally prefer that Microsoft revamp Win XP FLP to include Wi-Fi and 3G support. Still, if CE can really be redistributed freely (I have my doubts, but it’s implied), it’s a much better solution than Linux (most Win32 software can be ported to CE on an Intel platform through a simple recompile).
