Choice quote:
Three quarters of RAZR users would not buy another Motorola handset because they are difficult to use.
But it gets better:
Motorola has responded by saying that its recently released KRZR handsets feature five improvements to the user interface, made in light of feedback from the RAZR.
None of those five improvements, as far as I could tell, included fixing the default look of their horrendous menu system, their funky text input, the crummy ringtone settings, their inscrutable GPRS profile dialogs, and their absolutely idiotic messaging interface (which, last time I checked on one of the spanking new HSDPA devices, insisted on numbering e-mail messages in lists).
It must be real hard going for PR folk trying to put a positive spin on what is probably the ugliest dog in phone UI design (or rather, utter lack thereof) on the planet.
