The K750 is the rumored “Clara” design, with Bluetooth 1.2, a 2.0 Mpixel camera and an externally-accessible Memory Stick slot. Basically an updated K700.

Notes
Pluses
- 2.0 Mpixel (1632×1224) camera with auto-focus, a decent CCD and good macro mode
- RDS-enabled radio (usable without a headset, but you have to plug it in—it’s the antenna)
- USB charging
- Bluetooth 1.2 with HID profile
- Now works as plug-and-play USB storage without drivers in Mac OS X
- The usual SonyEricsson UI, decent XHTML browser, SyncML client, etc.
Minuses
- Proprietary connectors for power, data, headset, etc.
- Media player needs better playlist management
- Screen layout (title bars, service indicators, soft keys) makes the browser look cramped and small
- Still no way to choose a smaller font for either the UI or the browser
- Depending on operator branding, the “Send To…” menu is cluttered with useless options
Officially supported by iSync Version 2.1 (88.0), but cannot dial or send SMS from Address Book (a bug that is getting pretty old by now, and that prevents a lot of advanced uses).
This is apparently a mistake by Apple, since this hint states that Address Book support can be enabled like so:
- Quit and backup your Address Book app, etc.
- Control-click on the Address Book app, select Show Package Contents, then navigate to
Contents → Resources. - Control-click on
Telephony.bundle, select Show Package Contents, then navigate toContents → Resources. - Open
ABDeviceCommandSets.plistwith Property List Editor (or a text editor to change the XML in a more primitive way). - Find the array in
ABDeviceCommandSets.plist:Root → 2 → ABDeviceModelStrings… you should see one string entry here:K700. Add another string entry with the valueK750. - Save and quit.
Bluetooth services as reported by Mac OS X
Dial-up Networking, Serial Port, HF Voice Gateway, HS Voice Gateway, OBEX Object Push, OBEX File Transfer, OBEX SyncML Client, OBEX IrMC Sync Server, Mouse & Keyboard.
