Rui CarmoThe U740 is the European variant of the U730. It operates on HSDPA/UMTS 2100 MHz and EDGE/GPRS 900 and 1800 MHz in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, plus EDGE/GPRS 850, 900, 1800, and 1900 MHz in North America. It is tailored to the European market and can roam in North America where roaming agreements exist.
It is indirectly supported in macOS Tiger thanks to the existing U730 support.
