So, it looks like Portugal is getting into the Web 2.0 act in earnest. The guys at Webreakstuff have launched Goplan, a nicely done web-based project management application.
I did have some issues setting up my test project (the defaults I picked weren't consistent with the "free" plan, so there was no prior validation on what I could pick and I had to fill out the form twice before activating it), but the rest of the UI was clean and consistent, and although the free plan doesn't include a calendar, it seems flexible enough to manage small projects, provided you're happy with their being viewable only by two people (there's apparently no way to, say, use this as a public issue tracker).
Definitely worth a look, especially if you like simple, straightforward stuff.
And I'm curious as to what they'll be breaking next (so to speak).
