Rui CarmoLack of time, utter lack of inspiration and a number of other things have conspired to prevent me from keeping an eye on world events.
A cursory glance at both my inboxes reveals the usual amount of Apple hype (now mingled with Pixar and Disney commentary), utterly clueless jabbering about mobile technology, and entirely too much work to do, so I'm trying to get my scheduling together and keep my eyes open for long enough to make some headway in my work inbox.
In short, GTD is futile if you're plain overworked, and I am going to have to start saying no to useless meetings (not to mention open-space offices).
In the meantime, I've been invited to Newsvine. It initially seemed to be extremely US-centric, but then I found the right tweaks and am taking short breaks from pruning my inbox to poke around the business and economics topics.
So far, it's much more interesting than all those half-assed digg clones that are popping up all over the place.
