Rui Carmo...there's something resembling an Apple store in Lisbon (via Bruno). Of course, everyone would much rather have a real Apple presence here, but hey, we'll take what we can get...
Anyway, work is peaking. In the meantime:
- Optimus is launching the ROKR. I know they're the competition, but surely I'm allowed to pity them regarding their handset picks (like Karlus implies, no wonder their profits are down 10%). I guess they don't read WIRED...
- I got hold of a 770 for a while (a very limited sort of "while"). Damn impressive, I'll definitely be buying one for myself. Also impressive is the way it acts as a geek magnet - people just can't get their hands off it.
- Okaaaay... A GSM/GPRS module with Python support? (via Frederik).
- Backup was updated. Will have to check it out later...
