Just finished generating a 50-odd page PDF with the weekend's worth of typing (still can't figure out why PrimoPDF files aren't readable in Mac OS X without my PDF trick), and dipped my toe into the Web to find a couple of interesting things:
- I always wondered if Linux/Gnome hackers were doing something along the lines of Quicksilver. Well, it seems someone is, and despite a relatively quiet home page, there is some code available. Sadly, it is Java-based. Anyone care to have a go with Mono? Is there anything else out there?
- More rumors about a Google browser. Er, what happened to the "focusing on your core business" mantra? Or is searching for bookmarks such a big deal?
Anyway, off to bed.
