New Palm Devices

Palm upped the ante again, with a new consumer model (the Zire 71) and a new "corporate" Tungsten (the Tungsten C). The Tungsten C has built-in Wi-Fi, but it's not 802.1x-enabled - we get the usual half-baked WEP-only Prism firmware, and a PPTP VPN client from Mergic (hope it's not just a trial - otherwise, it's just not a credible solution). They do seem to have a partnership of sorts with Wayport, so I'll be checking that.
