AppPolice is a little menu bar app that helps you limit CPU usage of specific apps.

In my case, I use it to tame the (absolutely outrageous) 100% CPU usage bug that OneDrive still has on Catalina, by limiting CPU usage for both OneDrive and OneDrive Finder Integration.
