Notice: Site rebuild and cleanup

So I decided to simultaneously clean up some site content and refactor the frontmatter parsing code to handle timezones “better”.

The definition of “better” was up for debate for a few hours (and then the definition of “indexable” as well), but things should be back in working order now–so apologies for any inconvenience in the meantime.
