Installing, running, using docker on armhf (ARMv7) devices ➹

This works fine on my ODROID-U2 and Raspberry Pi 2 boards running Ubuntu, and allowed me to side-step [#14056].

I had a half-hearted go at porting buildstep, but the “turtles all the way down” approach at building Docker images mean I’d have to put together five or six ARM-based images for that… There’s got to be a better way.
