In case you’re looking for a partial replacement, pipe2py works for a couple of my simple pipes.
As far as I know there are no full-featured clones, and most of the web scraping services I’ve tried at over the last couple of years seem to have shorter lifetimes than mayflies, so I’ll be missing this.
Other alternatives: pypes, huginn, pipes2js, and maybe the YQL Console if Yahoo doesn’t decide to nuke it as well.
