I read this in one sitting (technically two, since I do need to sleep), and rate it as one of the best books I’ve read in the past ten years. Even considering that I’ve been tracking Pixar ever since I became aware of RenderMan and that it’s impossible not to be moved by the copious accounts of events at Pixar and Disney when every single one of the movies mentioned is an indelible part of my (and now my kids’) life, the insights into human behaviour therein and the way Ed and John reflected and acted upon them are invaluable. Forget the “management book” accolades, this is a Pixar-style story for humanists.
