It not only looks good, but (judging from the liveblog shots and commentary) seems to have the right feature set. I say it’s a winner. Office 365 is the most appealing Microsoft offering out there right now (I’d be hard torn to pick between it and Google Apps for a small business), and the only niggling thing is that the Personal license only allows you to use it on one computer and tablet (for editing — reading files is free). Since this has to be able to render Office documents at full fidelity, it’s the end of all those crummy pseudo-viewers we’ve been stuck with for years (although, to be fair, iOS and the Mac have excellent built-in preview renderers for Office formats).
