“Not sure if serious” or just overly optimistic. The way I see it, the startup scene is blooming, yes, but not uniformly across Europe, and largely re-hashing tired business models. The truly innovative stuff isn’t just about services anymore, but also about physical goods, manufacturing, etc., and this report mostly misses that.
