I’m seriously considering getting one for my parents, if they’re ever sold over here.
Chromebooks are, after all, this age’s network computers, and even considering they’re hamstrung to Google services, that’s mostly OK for the general public (and to whomever might need to support them). If they were easier to tie into generic IT systems in a way that lessened their dependency on Google, they’d surely be more than enough for most business.
And, of course, I’ll be looking out for the AnandTech review. The Verge does really fancy summaries, but I like to know more.
