This is either incredibly clever or amazingly flawed - I’m not sure which yet.
Theoretically, these things should be able to transfer data via Bluetooth (or even Wi-Fi) fast enough to provide a useful, responsive preview, but my bet would be that transferring full res photos will likely have a sizable impact on the battery life.
