Seems pretty efficient. I still rely on Moom (which is flexible and polished) but this is sure to appeal to a number of people.

Also, nobody seems to bother with binding “Focus next window” (from same app) to Alt Tab in System Preferences - that little tweak alone saves me uncounted hours every day.
