Seriously, have you ever been to a school these days? To places where money, connectivity and even power are at a premium? Considered the hassles of managing even basic computing infrastructure in the middle of nowhere?
Tablet computers and hackable hardware will only make a difference in rich countries. Not, alas, where they’re most needed.
