Despite finding VLC of questionable use on the iPad (it doesn’t do streaming, and I hardly sync mine at all via USB, so copying video files across is never going to happen), it’s fascinating how far an Open Source moron will go to spoil the fun of people - this is clearly a publicity stunt against the App Store rules, and I hope it backfires.
