Using VGA out to show full-screen presentations and working a “regular” desktop via a Bluetooth keyboard. I often wish I could do this kind of thing with a Mac desktop (the current solutions are all kludgy and nowhere near as optimized as Citrix, which allows me to have my full corporate desktop anywhere).
