Motorola and Android ➹

I have been wondering along the same lines as Om myself. I’m skeptical that focusing on a new platform (yet another one, incidentally) can help them when their low-end handsets and overall sense of design have lacked appeal for many years now. There are some things you simply can’t fix by adding new technology - they either re-think their entire approach at designing handsets from the ground up, or they’ll become irrelevant in a couple of years (and their foothold outside the US is already anything but firm).
