Gmail Labs, and how not to improve Gmail ➹

Hey, Google, I have a much better idea: What about if, instead of creating useless widgets for the Web UI, you got someone to fix IMAP and folder subscriptions, or at the very least disable the utterly stupid “All Mail” folder?
