Rui CarmoMobile GMaps is an amazing J2ME/MIDP application developed by Cristian Streng that allows you to view (and navigate using) Google/Maps and several other mapping services on any Java-enabled mobile phone.
Best of all, recent versions have GPS support - heartily recommended.
