Cygwin/mySQL

Notes on a quick mySQL on Cygwin client install:

• The 5.0.19 tarball builds and installs cleanly on Cygwin 1.5.19 using ./configure --without server
• Python bindings (from here, version 1.2.1) also install cleanly provided you copy mysqld_error.h to /usr/local/include/mysql
