Pocket PuTTY is a port of PuTTY to the Pocket PC (pretty obvious, that) with SSH support:

Of course, this is only really useful for diehard geeks with a penchant for trying to tap out stuff like rsync --progress -rvze ssh ~/foo user@server:~/backup with a plastic pen.
