Best Wishes for 2008

Well, another year is coming to a close, and I’d like to thank all my readers and correspondents for a great 2007 and wish everyone a great 2008.

And this year I’m doing it early, mostly because it’s freezing outside and I intend to curl up with a good book until the fireworks start.

As to predictions and suchlike nonsense, well… Like Michael, I’m a bit jaded. Last year I wrote about a number of things (like pervasive broadband and the need for new business models) that still ring true, so I won’t bore you with more attempts at glimpsing the future (I’m happy enough to look around and see what’s happening now).

Still, there’s a lot to look forward to next year.
