I'm back tinkering with Yaki, although it's currently broken beyond repair and undergoing a more Pythonic re-factoring. Basically I've decided to go the 37 Signals route and remove as much crud as possible - which means stuff I was getting stuck on, such as Wiki versioning and indexing.
Although the Rails siren keeps singing the praises of Ruby and MVC, I am still partial to Snakelets' application server approach and the concept of a Wiki that I can edit on my filesystem...
In the meantime, Business Week has an interesting piece on HTC, and I'm told that Parallels Workstation has a new build out.
