Minor Site Maintenance

Spent some time revamping site search - refactored the live search back-end (might be buggy, use with caution), added simple search result highlighting, limited search result sets to 20 hits, and looked into the Index page bug - it seems to be somewhere inside PhpWiki's very own internal caching, which means I'll probably fix it by updating some of the site core from current CVS.

Tomorrow evening I'll look into the cosmetic stuff.
