Things that poked out of the surface today:
- HP ports OpenView to Linux. Given that OpenView is one of the oldest and best-known network management tools (or rather, a suite of them), this is really interesting news.
- Benjamin Reed is making progress in the Qt/Mac KDE port, with new binaries up (you can mount that URL as a WebDAV disk in the Finder with Cmd+K)
- KDE ported to Cygwin (dot), of all things...
- Simon has a nice article on forms - and since he's one if the few people I know who demonstrably know how to use JavaScript in a standard and unobtrusive way, I heartily recommend it.
