BargainPDA has photos (and links to reviews) of the new iPAQs: the 4350 and the 4150.
Both sport built-in Wi-Fi, which is now a 'must-have' feature for mid-to-top-range PDAs. I just hope it's not the crummy chipset used on the 5xxx series...
Update: According to this, the new models use Texas Instruments chipsets (the BRF6100 single chip Bluetooth design and the TNETW1100B low-power design). I'm trying to get one of my 5xxxs back to check the chipset...
