It’s not exactly news, but it’s always cool to see: the Dana, a Palm with keyboard:
Palm Infocenter (US$399)
An interesting alternative for those looking for a PDA with a keyboard (the stylus isn’t necessarily better than a keyboard, as Psion and HP have demonstrated several times)
The DSC-U10 is already on sale at FNAC, for around €320 (I would confirm the price, if I could find anything on their website…)
Anyone want a Firewire keychain?
Debian In The News
My sixteenth of Irish blood delights in this type of thing written with suffering good humor: However nothing, not in all my 22 years on this Earth, could prepare me for the horrors of dselect. An Unbiased Review of Debian 3.0

Twice now I’ve started installing Debian and, exasperated, pulled out the Red Hat CDs, just because I can install exactly what I want in 15 minutes without getting annoyed (my record so far is a - minimalist - server installed in 5 minutes)…
