Rui CarmoTextExtras is an amazing Mac OS X InputManager that adds a number of functions to the standard Format menu in all Cocoa applications, from indenting to piping text through any UNIX command as well as easier invocation of look-up completion (F5 for you mouse-centric folk) and (get this!) MPW-style worksheets. Invaluable.
